Auntie Fanny’s first opened as a specialty giftware shop in 1984. Since then, we have expanded our product mix to include solid wood bedroom, living room and Dining room furniture, constructed from the finest pine and oak available, much of it produced in our own factory located in the North Okanagan region of British Columbia. Auntie Fanny’s also carries mattresses as well as sofas and chairs at most locations. These products are produced to our specifications.

Auntie Fanny’s has grown to serve 4 provinces, with store sizes ranging from 5,000 to more than 20,000 square feet. All stores are located in premium retail locations with exceptional visibility and strong demographic retail profiles. Auntie Fanny’s stores are professionally designed and decorated, featuring spot lighting and dramatic color and design treatment. Our unique market niche and franchising strategy is a significant part of our growth strategy.
 
In addition to the company owning it’s own factory, it also owns its own trucking and distribution company, all of these combined provide for short delivery times and reduced costs.

The factory is located in the beautiful North Okanagan area of British Columbia, Canada.
Our factory is a state of the art production facility, producing High Quality competitively priced, all wood, Pine and Oak bedroom, living room, Dining room and kitchen furniture.

At our factory

We use only the best furniture quality Northern Red Oak from the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania and Lodge Pole Pine (which has the tightest knots and the finest, straightest grain of any pine harvested in North America) from Northern British Columbia

• We feature ALL WOOD construction - no particle or flake board. This gives our furniture life time durability
• We construct solid drawer boxes with true English Dove Tail construction at all four corners, our drawer boxes will never separate, this allows us to provide a LIFE TIME WARRANTY
• We use only, quality metal drawer glides for smooth drawer operation, no matter how much weight you put in these drawers, they will always operate smoothly
• We finish all our drawers with a beautiful snag free finish, your delicate fabrics are safe in our furniture
• We use only tongue and groove case construction, this creates a uni-body effect which increases structural integrity
• All our furniture features solid tops, face frames and drawer fronts for beauty and durability
• We use 4 step hand rubbed finish topped off with two coats of lacquer for beauty and durability
• Our finishes include 9 different oak and 15 different pine stains.
• We build furniture that stands up to heavy usage - heirloom quality, built to last!
